The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Sweetel Belgrade. Sweetel Belgrade operates this website and online store to provide handmade cakes and desserts available for order and delivery in Belgrade and other parts of Serbia. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website. 1. Orders and Availability
All products are made to order. Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting us directly. We may require advance notice depending on the product type and quantity.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Product photos are for illustrative purposes; colors, shapes, or decorations may differ slightly from the images displayed online.
2. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in Serbian dinars (RSD). Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment methods available will be clearly indicated at checkout. Payment must be made before the order is confirmed, unless otherwise agreed.
Taxes are included in the price unless stated otherwise.
3. Delivery and Pickup
Delivery is available within Belgrade and selected areas of Serbia. Delivery times depend on product availability, order size, and location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control.
Once a product has been handed over to the customer or courier, risk of loss passes to the customer.
4. Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of our products (fresh, perishable food), refunds or returns are only possible in cases of error or proven defect.

Sweetel Belgrade is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
All products are prepared with care and high hygiene standards; however, customers are responsible for notifying us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when ordering.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
In case of any dispute, both parties will seek an amicable resolution. If that is not possible, the competent court in Belgrade shall have jurisdiction.
